This circuit is the audio level indicator. When the switch in the closed position, the input voltage is compared with the reference voltage at each IC LM339, LM339 reference voltage to the IC is different. When the audio level is very low and is higher than the low voltage reference IC, 9V output voltage is passed a low voice and LED indicator ON. When the audio level of medium and higher than the reference voltage of the IC medium, 9V output voltage is passed and the LED indicator of low voice and is ON. When the audio level and higher than the voltage reference ICs, output voltage 9V LED indicator is passed and the sound of low, medium and high ON. here I also include a PCB (printed circuit board) of the audio level indicator and you can also download it.
